I cannot believe it is weigh day already! I meant to blog several times this
week but life was full and I could not find time to sit and write. In fact, I
got to lead worship this past weekend with a group of people that I hold very
dear to my heart. It was such a good time. I realize how much I miss singing
now. I will have to find a way to get behind the mic again soon. :) Anyway,
back to the weigh in. . . I lost 3.5 lbs this week!! I am thrilled with that
and am hopeful I can keep up the 3 lb per week average.
How did everyone do with the challenge last week? Did you try something new
or fun this week for exercise? I played tennis this week, which is the new
thing I have added in the last few months. I love playing tennis so I do not
think of it as “exercise”.
This week the challenge is to find a, new to you, healthy recipe and make it
for you and/or your family. If it is good then please share. I know I am in
need of some fresh recipes. "Diet" food should not have to be tasteless,
like plastic or full of air. Healthy food can be full of flavor and fun.
