Operation Lose Inches

Back to it. . . . .


















It's time to lose those inches. . . . size 8 here I come!!



















You can do it too! All you need is dumb bells, a jump rope and an hour. Don't be afraid. . . a little hard work never hurt anyone. . . too much. :)

So... what's your secret?? You tell me what I need but you don't tell me what to do with them?!?! I'm pretty sure standing there holding the dumb bells and the jump rope won't help the inches melt away (although that would be super nice lol)

LOL!! Wouldn't that be nice! If you have the $52 every 3 mos to spend you should subscribe to www.jillianmichaels.com. It gives you circuit workouts 4 times a week. If not, you can probably google circuit workouts. Otherwise, definitely come to the workouts we're starting in June and we'll teach you what we're doing.
